Maybe James Pillar Moore, s/o James Moore and "Tamar Pillar's sister"

However, Bucks County Intelligencer Records of Deaths, 1804 - 1834, p. 72, Aug 21 1823,
reveals the death of Rachel, age 32, wife of James Moore of Plumstead. This
gives a relevant birth year of about 1791, and she could be the wife, or a
first wife, of James P. Moore, although this would yield no solution to the
genealogical issues of his father.
