Know all men by these presents that we Conrad Kleintop and Mary his wife,
Daniel Christman and Barbara his wife, John Kleintop and Susanna his wife,
Peter Kleintop and Machtolenah his wife, George Borger and Susanna his wife
andGeorge Kleintop all of Towamensing and Ross Townships in the county
of Northampton and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Legatees and heirs at law
to the estate of George Leibenguth late of Lehigh Township in the County
of Northampton and Commonwealth aforesaid, millwright deceased, do
hereby acknowledge that we have this day had and received of and from
Peter Leibenguth administrator of the said George Leibenguth deceased
the sum of five-hundred thirty three dollarsand thirty-four cents in six equal
shares, each share being eighty eight dollars and eighty nine cents in full
satisfaction and payment of all such sum or sums of money and legacies
as are due or becoming due to us out of the estate of the said George
Leibenguth so as aforesaid deceased, of all the estate realpersonal and mixed.
And therefore they the said Conrad Kleintop and Mary his wife, Daniel Christman
and Barbara his wife, John Kleintop and Susanna his wife, Peter Kleintop and
Machtolenah his wife, George Borger and Susanna his wife and George Kleintop
do by these presents release, acquit and forever discharge the said Peter
Leibenguth his heirs, executors and administrators of and from the said
legacy or legacies, and of and from all actions, suits, payments,accounts,
reckonings, expectancy, claims and demands whatsoever, for and by
reason thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever
from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these presents.
In witness whereof we and ea ch of us have jointly and severally set our
hands and seals the 18th day of December in the y ear of our Lord 1820.

Conrad Kleintop to Peter Kuntz Jun.
To all People to whom these presents shall come Conrad Kleintop of Ross
Township in the County of Northampton and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
heir at Law of George Leibenguth of Lehigh Township in the County aforesaid
Yeoman deceased, in right of his wife Susanna, who, being one of the
Daughters of the said George Leibenguth and likewise, died after the
death of the said George Leibenguth, send greeting---
Know Ye that the said Conrad Kleintop for and in consideration of thesum of
Eight Hundred Dollars of lawful money of the United States unto him inhand
paid by Peter Kuntz of Lehigh Township in the county aforesaid, Yeoman, at
and before the ensealing and delivery here of the receipt whereof the said
Conrad Kleintop doth hereby acknowledge and thereof acquit and forever
discharge the said Peter Kuntz heirs executors and administrators by these
presents hath granted, bargained, sold,, released and confirmed and by these presents doth grant, bargain, sell, release, and confirm into the said Peter
Kuntz his heirs, executors, and administrators, all his right, title, share,
portion, interest, and claim whatsoever he is entitled to in regard of his said
wife of, in, and to the real estate of the said George Leibenguth decd. and
monies and interests due thereof to receive, have, and hold the same unto him the said PeterKuntz his heirs and assigns.
And the said Conrad Kleintop for himself, his heirs, executors, and administrators,
doth covene
