  • Notes
    • Nicolai and Maria Elisabeth (widower) (sic - should be widow)
Johannes 1749, sp Johannes Reitenhauer, Hans Jurg Reitehauer and Anna Christina Reitenauer

      xxxxxxxxxxxx
Records of Hannes Reitenauer's family from Oley register says:
Maria Elisabeth Reitenauer, born 1733, married Conrad Schmid (her 2nd husband?)

Maria Elisabeth, single d/o Hannes Reitenauer:
single sp -> 1754, John Casper Brach and Sophia Margaretha (at Oley Hill)
single sp -> 1755, Johann Reitenauer and Elisabeth
single sp -> 1755, Adam Forch and Christina

strange - this would seem to be a single M Elisabeth R. but the Oley records
of 1754 suggest that M Elisabeth d/o John had married Conrad Schmidt by
      1754.

It's also possible that Nicholas had a child by an earlier marriage, M Margaretha
born c1743 (Nicholas would be old enough, but not Elisabeth!) Or Margaretha
is thestep - daughter of a different Conrad Schmidt.
