- There's nothing to tie Clement to the other Patterson family at Trinity Lutheran
(other than proximity and common surname).
Well, other things to consider - the other Pattersons are at a German Lutheran
Church. They have German names like "Johannes".
1) It seems that Anna and Catharine Patterson, and mother, Widow Margaretha,
are all together at Trinity Lutheran and closely related. Anna seems oldest
and is the first one in the Trinity Records - 1784. Annamarries an English
man, Catharine, a German one.
2) Johannes is there. Hewas married at a different church and doesn't
want to attend at Trinity. No connections of him to anyone else.
3) Clement shows up in 1794 at his marriage to a German girl.
