Christina Knoer, represented by her husband Urs KNOR present to this here, the only
sister is on paternal side.
Liquidity
As the heirs explain the only sister Barbara Knoerr died in year 1749 in month May and left
8 children (only two remain, and there was no property left) so that 7d15 are left for 2
persons inquestion in two inheritance shares and on this is to be repaid by Urs Finck, heir
15 and the interest at 4% so 8 this includes the share of the deceased Barbara to her
paternal property makes 11.
On this is to be received by Christina Knoerr the 4th part so 2
The rest of the mother's inheritance and the interests of it comes to the 3 first named heirs and so each receives [2]
