In the Christopher Sower newspapers in Germantown, October 16, 1750, there is still
further information relative to Heinrich Christman:
"Heinrich Christman, linenweaver, from a place two hours from Taerbach aus dem
Callenninger Kirchapiel, arrived in this country 8 or 9 years ago with his family.
This year his sister Maria Margaret and her husband Anthoni Graeber, a smith,
arrived in Conestago where they are with Johan Nickel Zerrfass, near Ephrata
Cloister, and they seek news of Heinrich.

In the Staatsbote, Philadelphia newspaper, dated December 13, 1774, there is
      further mention of the family:

"Johannes Dieter on Christopher Christman's plantations behind the Blue Mountains".

Mentioned in Letters of Captain Wetterholt, Northampton County, 5 Aug 1763,
      (letter from Christopher Truby, Ensign)

Petition, 3 Sep 1763, of "persons over the mountains" to Northampton County,

Petition to Court of General Quarter Sessions, 18 Sep 1766, pg 243, for a
road by"Henry Christman's saw mill..." by inhabitants behind the Blue Mountains
