  • Notes
    • Rebecca was baptized as "Sara Rebecca" by Rev. Jacob Becker. The baptism
probably took place at Zion Stone Church at Kreidersville.

In 1848 Rebecca had ason, Samuel Hack Jr. The father was Samuel Hack Sr. It
appears they were not married. The child was baptized at St. Matthew's Church
at Kunkletown. The sponsor was the mother. The parents were listed as Samuel
      Hack and Rebecca Heffelfinger.

By 1850 Rebecca had married Elias Beidelman and was living with him in Lower
Towamensing Twp., Carbon Co., PA. There were six Beidelman children living in
their household, five of whom were Elias' by a previous marriage. (1850 census,
Carbon Co., Lower Towamensing Twp., house #102)
