The courthouse documents mention that David left eleven children including John, David Jr., Caroline, Sally, and Conrad. The other children are not named. (Monroe Co. estate file #24) David's burial location is not known. He is most likely buriedin St. Matthew's Union Church cemetery with no tombstone on his grave since his wife, Susanna, is buried there also.
