I believe this is the right Philip in Berks County mainly because of:
- the good fit in the 1800 census, Greenwich
- it appears that Philip disappears from Berks County at the time this one shows
up in the tax listing of Mahantongo Twp
- he had a daughter Magdalena and a wife named Maria at the right time/place
