Either Philip is the one born in c1703, or there is another son born c1703 and
Philip is born c1710 (when John would be about 41 years old).

James E. Phillips says his cousin says this
John had children: John Balthazer, Nathaniel, Daniel, Jerimiah, George, and Philip.
