      Johannes was baptized at Christ Church in Philadelphia. He was married to Anna
      Maria Reitzel at the Moravian Church in Lititz, PA.

      On 14 January 1743 a warrant was issued to John Mixell for a 150 acre tract
      about two miles from the Tixzes, alias "Diggers Tract" on theConaeuges on the
      west side of the Susquehanna River in Lancaster Co. By 1765 he had moved to
      York Co., PA

      John died intestate. His minor children; John,Peter, and George, were assigned
      Joseph Tieter as their guardian. (York Co. orphans court 31 October 1765, book
      B, p. 99)
