  Name Suffix: Senior Note, based on the age of Adam, one would think Adam could have been married in Germany and had children before being married to Catharine. Age is from ship list I believe. I still wonder if maybe he was in fact younger when he came over. 1761 tax list, Whitehall, $10.0 1762 tax list, Whitehall, $12 sp - 1745 Peter Kocher and Christina Margaretha Diehl sp - 1749 Michael Moser and Jost Diehl and Elisabeth Kocher sp - 1763 Nicolaus Marck and Eva sp (Adam married and Maria Wirth w/o Ulrich) -> 1764 Adam Schneck and Catharina, Rev Schumacher sp -> 1766 (with Conrad Mark, Elisabeth Traxel, and M Cath Baliet), J Nickel Mark and Eva (at Egypt) Adam mentionedin ES-628, Peter Kooker, land record Adam came over with Jacob Wolff and Peter Sell, who also settled in the region, it appears. also an Andreas Maurer, single sp -> 1782, Jacob Kammerer and Elisabeth (at Heidelberg) also a Magdalene Maurer, sp ->1788, J George Story and Catharine (at Neffs) a John AdamMaurer, sp -> 1755, John George Meyer, a servant 100 miles from here (at St Michael's in Phila.) see DAR application 405599 (via daughter Barbara).
