  I'm not sure if the tombstone at Zion is really this Magdalena or if it was his only wife. Or this is the Magdalena, wife of John Smith in the 1850 census that is clearly a different family? Everyone seems to assume that the one at Zion is this one. But why was she buried at a different church? Could it be that the Magdalena, d/o of Philip baptized in Greenwich Twp isn't this one (I think it is). is this really the Magdalena Schmidt, wife of Johannes, buried at Zion, Pitman: 2 Dec 1803 - 24 Dec 1851? From my picture: Machdlena? ???? Johannes Schmidt Dec 2_ 1803 Dec 2(4?) Dec 1854 52 years, 22 days (most is still hard to read) Note - she definitely had died by the time the estate records came up in 1858. Had she left John and been living in Barry Twp maybe (since many kids got married there). I've tried to find John in the 1850census but can't find them anywhere.
