I wonder who were the otherchildren of John Jr. The estate of Daniel Herb Jr (see Schuylkill Deed 109:110) mentions children: John Smith and Judith his wife Gideon W. Snyder and Catharine K his wife Daniel Neishwender and Rebecca his wife Franklin K. Herb and Lydia Ann his wife Charles K. Herb and Magdalena his wife [heir of Charles K desc I think] all of Schuylkill Co and Isaac Snyder of Northumberland Co and Elisabeth his wife to Samuel K Herb of Schuylkill Co. The deed goes on todescribe the John Klock land that falls to these people (via Daniel Herb Jr) and says that the first party is selling their "six ninths" part. So that means that with Samuel, that is only 7/9ths and there are two other heirs to the land. I'm guessing they're the descendents of John Klock, Jr. Possibly Peter F. Klock and John F. Klock??
