But note that Henry's will mentions daughter Maria, so how could she have been
dead at this time?

One Henry Conrad, who is buried at the Augustaville Church, was
born Oct. 8, 1779, and died March 29, 1854. He had a brother John -
possibly the John mentioned above. [note that birth date was off here]
