    • Nickilynne showed piano talent early and was able to attend the Music C onservatory in Chicago. She learned to compose music and play the piano with expertise. In Chicago she worked for the Lyric Opera as a bookkeepe r and stage extra for seven years. She was first married to Robert Earl who died in a tragic car accident when they resided in California. Where she met Mark Yoder a little while later. They married soon after they r elocated to Pollock, TX to care for Nicki's mother who was very sick. Up on the insistence of Nicki's mother that they attend church, they rededicated their lives to the Lord and became extremely involved in Pollock B aptist Church. Nicki composed many beautiful and inspirational songs and hymns for the church and was their pianist for ten years. Mark lead the music and was a deacon. Together they were youth leaders and lead adult Bible classes. Nicki also developed a love and talent for writing Jr. children's stories and was trying to get her work published, when cancer quickly took her life. She was sweet, generous, dedicated, intelligent, and extremely talented.
