Land info from National Genealogical Society, Vol 67, Number 2:
Under a warrant 21 Apr 1735, there was surveyed to Clement Arne a tract of 150
acres in Maccungy Township, Bucks County, now Northampton. It is represented
(on oath before the Chief Justice) that in 1743 Clement sold his right to John Nick-
enderven, Nickenderven by deed 1 Dec 1744 sold 130 acres to Henry Huber, who
obtained a warrant 10 June 1743 for the survey 13 July 1744, for an adjoining 106
acres in the name of Hoover. Henry sold the two tracts to his eldest son George
Huber with the provision that he maintain Henry Huber and his wife and pay 20
pounds to each of his other children. George accordingly did maintain and support
his father and mother until their respective deaths and is since deceasedwithout issue.
Before his death George Huber sold the 150 acres 15 May 1755 to Jacob Tanner and
the 106 acres 10 Dec 1749 to Melchior Barr. Tanner in 1757by an endorsement on
the deed of Nickenderven sold the 150 acres to Barr. Henry Huber had died
intestate, leaving beside George, Felix, and Bartel Huber, sons, and Regina, wife of
John Rees, Lovina wife of Jacob Wagner, Christina, wife of Francis Nungesser,
daughters. They by deed 4th instant after payment of 20 pounds confirmed land to
Barr. Patent to Barr 14 Nov 1762; recorded 10 [sic] Nov, 1762 (AA-3:480).
