    Obituary:
    Mrs Anna M. Clay, 82, of 420 W. Market St., died early this morning ather home after
    a lenghty illness. She was the widow of John O. Clay, who died in 1947. Born in
    Haycock Township, Bucks, County, she was a daughter of thelate Joseph
    and Anna (Musselman) Weierbach. She was a member of the First Evangelical and
    Reformed Church. Surviving are two sons, Walter and Harold, at home;
    a daughter, Mrs Clyde Meixell of Cahoes, N.Y., seven grandchildren and nine-
    great-grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Warren Arnold, Allentown.

    In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a son, William. Funeral
    services will be conducted at 1:30 pm Monday in Steyers Funeral Home, 500
    Linden St. The Rev. Harry J Colver will officiate and burial will be in Memorial Park
    Cemetery.

    appointedCounty Commissioner in Monroe Co. In 1868 he served as school
    director. In 1886 he was the owner of a store at Kunkletown, PA.

    Nelson left a will naming his heirs as Terrabius H., Wilson H., Sarah wife of
    Joseph Andrew, Mary wife of Howard Meixell, and Richard Heffelfinger. The will
    also mentions his deceased daughter Malissa. (Monroe Co. estate file #1427, will

    Jacob Clay, one of the oldest residents of Richland township died early Monday morning aged 86 years, at the home of his daughter, Mrs. David Hoffman. He is survived by Mrs. Hoffman, the daughter and the following sons: Jacob, of Richland; Charles, of Springfield; William, of Bingen; John, of Bethlehem, and Amandus, of Quakertown.
