Notes:

my best guess is that this Jacob Wagner is the one in Upper Mahanoy Twp
who later married Margaretha Geist. There is a record at the Howerter Church
in 1816 of a Jacob Wagner and wf and Maria Yoder sponsors to Johann Wolfgang
and wfHenrietta, child named Catharina (perhaps after Jacob Wagner's wife).
All I know is that Catharine died relatively young.

This theory Jacob Wagner was born 29 Nov 1793 in Lehigh Co to Johannes Wagner
and Anna Margaretha Dormeyer.

This problem with this theory though is that the will of Peter mentions "children" of his
daughter. If she married Jacob in 1814 and died about 1816 (so he could
remarry in 1817), that's just enough time for two children (which don't show up
in the baptisms).

Later Conrad's show up married into the Herb line of Upper Mahanoy Twp.
